Privacy note
A plain-English rundown of how we handle the details you send us through this quote tool.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the details of the piece you're after (sizes, materials, budget and timing), and any photos or plans you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare your quote and to contact you about your enquiry. Your details go straight to Tom's inbox and into our job management tool (Tradify) if the job goes ahead.
How it's stored
Enquiries and uploaded photos are stored securely and are only visible to us — other visitors can't see them. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else, apart from the tools we use to run the business (such as Tradify and our email service).
Corrections and deletion
Want to see what we hold about you, fix something, or have your enquiry and photos deleted? Just ask — email admin@gregoryfencing.com and we'll sort it out.
